Shiba Inu’s lead developer Shytoshi Kusama, reveals the new features embedded in Shibarium as he asserts that the L2 blockchain is now fully enhanced and optimized.

Shiba Inu’s lead developer Shytoshi Kusama, has provided another update on the ongoing Shibarium scaling efforts. In a Blog Post yesterday, Kusama said the L2 blockchain is now fully enhanced and optimized.

The development team of Shibarium achieved the feat following two days of intense testing and tweaking parameters to achieve a ready state.

Kusama Reveals Shibarium Latest Features 

Interestingly, Kusama also revealed the top-notch features embedded in the L2 blockchain.

According to Kusama, the development team has enabled a state-of-the-art monitoring system and additional fail safes for Shibarium. The team also embedded rate limiting at the RPC level and auto server reset.

With these upgrades, the team can effectively track and monitor Shibarium traffic in real-time while resetting the server whenever the L2 blockchain experiences massive traffic.

It is worth noting that Shibarium encountered a technical issue a few hours after it launched on the mainnet. As confirméiert, Shibarium recorded 160M compute units in just 30 minutes, forcing the L2 blockchain to encounter a technical issue.

Consequently, over $2M worth of users’ crypto assets were trapped in Shibarium Bridge. However, the team took major steps to prevent a recurrence as it geschafft with other devs to manage the traffic.

The new Shibarium features announced by Kusama are the results of Shiba Inu’s collaboration with other blockchain developers. Interestingly, Kusama disclosed that the team is close to relaunching Shibarium for public use.

“We are almost ready to reopen to the public,” he said.

Shibarium to Feature Numerous Protocols

Meanwhile, Shiba Inu’s lead developer assured users that Shibarium will feature many notable projects, including tokens, protocols, and products.

“Just like the amazing platforms on Eth, there will be a host of platforms to choose from on Shibarium,” sot de Kusama.

However, he warned users to always conduct due diligence on any Shibarium-based project before investing. Kusama added that more validators will go live on Shibarium today, giving users more alternatives to stake their BONE tokens.

Shiba Inu to Implement ShibPaper

Furthermore, Kusama also revealed plans to start implementing the highly-anticipated ShibPaper. It bears mentioning that the ShibPaper is a concrete plan targeting an overall decentralization of the Shiba Inu ecosystem.

Kusama highlighted the importance of implementing the ShibPaper this year. According to him, implementing ShibPaper will provide Shiba Inu with a working system for governance and management.
